Agreement to Terms
By using the services of MVF Mountain View Fencing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
We provide professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Mountain View, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.
Estimates and Quotes
We provide free estimates for our services. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Project Timeline
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to the project schedule.
Permits and Regulations
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from your homeowners association or local authorities before work begins. We can assist you with this process, but final responsibility rests with the property owner.
Property Access
You agree to provide clear access to the work area during the project. This includes removing any obstacles, ensuring pets are secured, and providing access to water and electricity if needed.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on our installation services. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, vandalism, or improper maintenance.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, damage to landscaping beyond the immediate work area, or costs resulting from changes requested after work has begun.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
